The Travel Hack is a travel blog, mostly documenting my weekend trips and budget breaks. But it’s also a blog about motherhood and microadventures, making the most out of every weekend and getting out and about with your little ones!
I’m a British travel blogger based in North Wales with my three children. I blog about our life in the countryside and our mini adventures.
I started blogging in 2009 while I was backpacking around Asia. I became hooked on travel and I barely stopped for the next 11 years! I travelled a lot….and then COVID-19 hit….and I started blogging about my life in Wales and focusing on shorter, budget-friendly trips and weekend breaks.
I’m lucky enough to call blogging my full time career and I also write about creating lifestyle careers and working to live, not living to work. I posts about my home in Wales and love to share travel tips.
I have a range of luggage which currently includes The Travel Hack Cabin Case, Travel Hack Backpack, Travel Hack Packing Cube and Travel Hack Hybrid. I collaborated with Cabin Max to create stylish but practical luggage that beats the airlines and avoids extra fees when it comes to paying for luggage!

Hi. I know you use a travel hack backback. I bought one after seeing your blog. Is it worth getting the 24l one or should I stick with the 20l? I mainly use it for carry on when visiting our daughter in new zealand. All our other luggage is in the hold.

I'd say it's totally personal preference and if you prefer a backpack, a wheeled case or a hybrid and which design you prefer.
