Here’s what I pack in my kid’s hand luggage:
I’m using The Travel Hack backpack for each of them. In this video I’ve used different coloured Travel Hack Backpacks but these won’t be available until next year. Different colours and patterns will be available but these are not the final colours. The black one is available though!

Just make sure everything has downloaded properly before you leave home. There is nothing worse than getting on the plane and realising that film you downloaded didn’t actually download and now you’ve got no wifi to do anything about it.

The Kindle Fire in particular doesn’t have a great battery life so that might need a boost if we have any delays.
I also want to point out here that I will actually put all electronic devices into my backpack to go through security. It’s just so the kids don’t have to remove anything from their bags at security and they can whizz through easily with their dad.
Bento lunchboxes which will be filled with a packed lunch. I don’t put any sweets in their packed lunches, mostly because they’re animals and have no off-switch when it comes to sweets! So I’ll keep some in my backpack and dish them out once they’ve eaten their packed lunches.

Camelbak water bottles which I’ll refill at Starbucks or at a water fountain. I really like these bottles. I used to buy cheap ones which would eventually break or leak so, even though these are expensive, they’re way more cost effective.
