Pho fans, listen up, there is some serious pho food porn going on here and this looks like the most incredible recipe ever. I’m actually drooling while reading this recipe and I love the helpful tips such as freezing your beef slightly before you slice it to make it easier to cut so thinly. Nom. Nom. Nom. Book of the Week

This week I’ve been reading an e-Book from a fellow blogger, Jetsetter Jess. Jess has written a book called Happier Than A Pug, Freer Than A Millionaire: A Modern Woman’s Guide to Traveling Solo and Loving It! It’s an inspiring book to give women the courage to travel alone. It’s about overcoming your fears, realistically assessing any dangers and giving yourself a kick up the bum with lots of motivation to get out there and travel. If you’re thinking about going travelling but you’re not sure you’ve got the confidence to do it or you’d like to hear from a female who has travelled alone then this is the book for you.
